Update

Oh well... I've been using my Flickr account way too much those last days (so much that I ran out of space for this month... lol).

I've decided to participate in 3 more swaps. Oh, by they way, if you wanna see the photos of the swaps I've told about and haven't posted yet you can check my Flickr account.

So now I'm in the Fandom Swap Harry Potter. I have to create four items (since the 5th one comes back to me and so I decided to keep it here at home already) about Harry Potter and send them to Melissa.

Then I'm in the 5 Things Halloween Swap. The principle is the same as the Harry Potter one, 4 things to 4 other ladies. I confess I haven't started doing this one, but I have already a few ideias!! :) I'll have to send the things to Terrie.

And then I'm in the ar-TEA Swap from the lovely Mary Ann. As the above one, I haven't started yet but I still have some ideias in my mind and something I really HAVE TO DO!! :)

And then I've decided to go on a one-on-one swap with Ester I have some things in my mind already, but I'm still not very certain about what to do... let's see!!

Swap with Nina

A few days ago my mailman brought me this!! I was so excited to open it and see the goodies inside!!

So here's a overview of the goodies!! So many things and each and every thing was wrapped in its own piece of pink (or green) paper!!

Nina sent me those small cards that are great to send a hi in a swap or something like that! Nina, I already used them for a few people!! They are fabulous!

And here's the cookies cuters that made me decide to go on this swap! I love baking cookies but here I can't find cute cookie cuters like this! I'm so wanting to get to Xmas to bake some marvelous cookies to everyone!!
Oh... and you can also see my new shoes! I'm so into those shoes right now!! I've always been a girl who only uses snikkers, boots and (in a very hot day) sandals, nothing else! But this year everyone's using those kind of shoes and I actually thought they look cool and cute. I bought them!! Oh, and you won't believe it when I say I bought them in a chinese store and it was a bargain, 7,5€!! :) Oh, I love a good bargain!! :)

I'm thinking I'll bake tiny cakes to fit in those!! Oh gosh... my mum will kill me!! She always complains when I get into the kitchen cause I'm using the oven too much and that costs a lot... but what the heck, doesn't she also loves to eat what I do?!

This is the sweet little card Nina sent along with the swapped items!! :)

Those I've tried already!! Those are cookie stamps!! And I've used them the same night I got them! I must check if I have some cookies left already and if I do I'll photograph them to show you all how it turned out!!

And here's those tiny Xmas trees saying Merry Xmas that I'm wanting to use in cakes and stuff like that during the Xmas season!! Oh my god... I guess this Xmas everyone's gift will be edible!! :)
Actually there were lots of those trees so I used a few in another swap I'm in, hope you don't mind, Nina!!

Oh well... that's all!! Once I know she got my stuff I'll blog about it! It's just that I don't wanna spoil the surprise!!

Recycled Purse - A COOL TUTORIAL

Here's a cool tutorial I found on a magazine. I already tried it out and it works and it's really simple!! And it's eco-friendly! :)

As the instructions are in portuguese I'm translating them for you who might be interested!!

Just watch as a milk carton becomes a very original purse.
0
Materials needed:
- An empty clean milk carton
- Scissors
- Velcro
- Coloured duct tape
- Stapler
- Glue
1
Wash the milk carton and let it dry. With a scissor cut the edges.
2
Fold the sides to inner part of the carton, as shown in the picture.
3
Cut again one of the edges of the carton, except one of the bigger ones.
4
Fold it in half.
5
Use a stapler to join the two folded parts. (In fact I used glue gun.)
6
Apply a piece of velcro to the parts shown on the picture.
7
And the recycled purse is ready!! Using duct tape (I actually used other materials) you can make the carton purse look different and even more original! It's your call!!
Ok, hope you enjoy this tutorial!!

Here's me using one of the items from the Fabric Charm Swap! I'm so in love with this leaf!!
